In the first quarter of 2025, the top social apps in Central America demonstrated significant activity on the unified platform. According to Sensor Tower data, TikTok Lite - Save Data & Fast saw a gradual increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $1.2M by the end of March. Its weekly downloads started strong at over 1.3M mid-January, but experienced a decline to around 797K by the quarter's end. Active users remained robust, fluctuating near 66M throughout the quarter.

Facebook maintained consistent weekly revenue, with a peak of $73.4K in late February. Download numbers began at 641K in January, decreasing to 484K by March. Active users stayed steady, hovering around 93M.

Instagram saw a slight increase in revenue, reaching $89.8K in late February. Weekly downloads hit a high of 603K in January, but dropped to 462K by the end of the quarter. Active users showed growth, peaking at 58M in March.
